Refund Policy
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for services and products.

1. General Refund Principles
We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with the terms below.
2. Consulting Services
- Cancellation 48+ hours before session: 100% refund
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund (session fee forfeited)
- No-show without prior notice: No refund
3. Technology / IT Projects
For project-based engagements:
- The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable once project work has commenced
- If we fail to deliver as per the agreed scope, a proportional refund may be issued
- Disputes regarding deliverables must be raised within 7 days of delivery
4. Retainer Agreements
Monthly retainer fees once paid are non-refundable. Either party may terminate the retainer with 30 days' written notice. No partial refunds for mid-month terminations.
5. Books & Digital Products
- Physical books: Refund/replacement if damaged during delivery (proof required within 48 hours)
- E-books / digital content: No refunds once downloaded (as per IT Act provisions for digital goods)
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email Mr.VimleshDwivedi@gmail.com with:
- Your full name and contact information
- Transaction ID or invoice number
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation if applicable
Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 working days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
7. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, etc.) that prevent service delivery, full refunds will be issued without penalty to either party.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Indian law. Consumer disputes may also be escalated to the applicable Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
