Dispute Resolution
This policy governs how disputes between you and Vimlesh Dwivedi / VRK Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will be resolved.

1. Amicable Resolution First
We believe most disputes can be resolved through open communication. Before initiating any formal proceedings, you must contact us at disputes@vimleshdwivedi.in to attempt an amicable resolution within 30 days.
2. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 79) and associated rules, we have designated a Grievance Officer:

Response Time: Within 48 hours of receipt
3. Mediation
If amicable resolution fails within 30 days, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before proceeding to arbitration or litigation.
4. Arbitration
Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India):
- Seat of arbitration: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Language: English
- Number of arbitrators: One (1) sole arbitrator
- Arbitral institution: As mutually agreed or appointed by Bombay High Court
5. Consumer Disputes
Consumers (as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019) retain their statutory rights to approach Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions at the District, State, or National level, regardless of this arbitration clause.
6. IT-Related Disputes
Disputes related to cyber crimes or IT Act violations may be referred to:
- The Adjudicating Officer under the IT Act, 2000
- Cyber Crime cells of State Police
- CERT-In for cybersecurity incidents
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not covered by arbitration.
8. Time Limitation
Any claim must be initiated within 2 years of the event giving rise to the dispute, unless Indian law prescribes a different limitation period for that category of claim.
